‘Modern Patisserie with Antonio Bachour’

This 3-day course will be held at the Edible Art Patisserie academy situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, in Cheltenham, and will be hosted by ‘Worlds Best Chef Awards’ winner Antonio Bachour.

Please Note - this demonstration class will be conducted in English.

Widely considered as one of the best pastry chefs in the modern world by both accredited bodies, top industry companies and peers alike - Antonio Bachour has shaped the pastry scene from within. His numerous books are considered bibles amongst pastry chefs young & old and his arsenal of pastry & eatery establishments speak for themselves. There is no denying this class is a massive coup not only for Cheltenham, but for the UK itself.

This class will run between 9am & 5pm (approximately) on all three days, but please allow for a slight overrun.

Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided on the day. A break will also be provided for lunch whether you choose to bring some with you, or enjoy one of the many eateries we are lucky enough to be surrounded by. Please bare in mind when planning that refreshments and lunch will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring them along with you.

This class will primarily be demonstration style, but there may be a chance to get hands-on if the chef wishes - however please respect the chefs way of working and understand this is advertised as a demo class. The creations from the class will be available to take away after the event so you can enjoy them in all their glory! The class is very personal and is limited in number to ensure that all participants get the most out of the experience.

This class is ideal for patisserie chefs, enthusiastic individuals, and those wanting to understand the full concepts of what Antonio has to offer. No experience is necessary and rest assured we always have a varied selection of participants - our courses truly are open to all!
