TWO DAY HANDS ON PATISSERIE BANQUET CLASS

October 28th & 29th - Bridgwater & Taunton College, Taunton Campus, Quantock Restaurant

£249 per person

Hands on class covering a bit of everything. Individual chocolates, entremet, petit gateau, tarts & lifelike fruits. Fast paced but still open to Patisserie chefs and enthusiasts of all levels of Pastry Chefs, resulting in a grand display on the end of the second day.

Each participant receives a FREE copy of Edible Art, Damien’s debut book to keep and work from throughout the two days.

You will also receive a FREE Oliver Harvey Chefswear ‘Edible Art’ apron to use and keep.

CLASS RUNS FROM 9AM TIL 18:00 PM both days approx.

HANDS ON MACARON MASTERCLASS

February 19th 2020, Bridgwater & Taunton college, Taunton campus, Quantock restaurant.

£129 per person

A hands on class covering all the basics and some advanced techniques when it comes to making macarons.

The class will focus on techniques using different methods, fillings, and purposes for making and commercially utilising macarons as part of your business offering.

This class will focus on macaron recipes from Damien’s debut book, Edible Art, and the course includes a FREE Edible Art apron for all participants to use and take away after the course.

CLASS RUNS FROM 9AM TIL 18:00PM APPROXIMATELY

All Classes include a booklet that have all the methods and recipes used. Participants are welcome to take home the days produce after the end display. Lunch facilities will be available on site should the participants wish to purchase refreshments during the breaks throughout the day. Payment in full is required to fully secure your position on each course.

Please note, a full refund once payment has been made will only be available if you wish to terminate your space on your selected course more than 60 days before the start date. 59-30 days before the course, we can offer a 75% refund, and 29 or less days before the course, we are unable to offer any refund due to insufficient time to fill the vacant position created by your absence.

in the event of the course being cancelled by us, a FULL refund of the fee paid will be issued whenever the course is cancelled. We are unable to refund for accommodation/travel expenses as these plans are made by the participant themselves and the decision to travel to the course was that of their own.
