HANDS ON ‘SIGNATURE’ CHOCOLATE MASTERCLASS

August 21st - Cheshire College, Dane Bank Ave., Crewe

£99 per person

A hands on class covering all the basics and some advanced techniques when it comes to making individual and sharing sized moulded chocolates. Covering tempering, casting, fillings and decorating techniques, including airbrushing and a couple of professional tricks to ensure your chocolates always have the best shine and overall finish. This course features chocolates that are set to be featured in Damien’s upcoming debut book, ‘Edible Art’.

CLASS RUNS FROM 9AM TIL 16:30 PM APPROXIMATELY

HANDS ON PATISSERIE BANQUET CLASS

June 20th & 21st - Cheshire College, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire

£149 per person

Hands on class covering a bit of everything. Individual chocolates, entremet, petit gateau, tarts & lifelike fruits. Fast paced but still open to Patisserie chefs and enthusiasts of all levels, as the booklet and recipe guide provided is designed to be easily understood by everyone.

EACH DAY WILL RUN 9AM TIL 16:00PM, WITH THE SECOND DAY RESULTING IN A PATISSERIE BANQUET DISPLAY WHICH IS BREATHTAKING.

ONE DAY HANDS ON PATISSERIE BANQUET CLASS

July 5th - Bridgwater & Taunton College, Taunton Campus, Quantock Restaurant

£99 per person

Hands on class covering a bit of everything. Individual chocolates, entremet, petit gateau, tarts & lifelike fruits. Fast paced but still open to Patisserie chefs and enthusiasts of all levels, as the booklet and recipe guide provided is designed to be easily understood by everyone.

CLASS RUNS FROM 9AM TIL 16:00 PM.

All Classes include a booklet that have all the methods and recipes used. Participants are welcome to take home the days produce after the end display. Lunch facilities will be available on site should the participants wish to purchase refreshments during the breaks throughout the day. Payment in full is required to fully secure your position on each course.

Please note, a full refund once payment has been made will only be available if you wish to terminate your space on your selected course more than 60 days before the start date. 59-30 days before the course, we can offer a 75% refund, and 29 or less days before the course, we are unable to offer any refund due to insufficient time to fill the vacant position created by your absence.
