This class will centre around what we do best - Macarons! On this course you’ll learn three different techniques to achieve the best macarons, all of which require a different approach. You will learn all of our tips, secrets & scaling up alterations as well as numerous different filling recipes & techniques to ensure the integrity of the macarons themself don’t alter when stored.

‘Two Day Petits Gateaux Masterclass’

This course spread over two days will be held at the Edible Art Patisserie situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, in Cheltenham.

This class will cover most aspects of modern patisserie required to produce, garnish & present individual gateau - whether it be for personal or commercial purposes.

You’ll learn mousse making, inserts & sponges, mirror glazing, airbrushing, chocolate tempering and various applications that can be altered and adjusted to fit numerous scenarios to create varied outcomes. Truly an informative class to enrol on!

The class will run between 9am & 4pm (approximately) on both days, but please allow for a slight overrun each day - especially the second.

‘Kids Club Baking Masterclass’

This 2-day course will be held at the Edible Art Patisserie Academy situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, in Cheltenham and will be hosted by young baking superstar Lily Hayzelden.

All participants will be able to bake, and decorate, their own show-stopper celebration cake, as well as other baked goodies! Over the course of two days, Lily will demonstrate a range of skills and techniques which young bakers can utilise at home to create their own fantastic sweet treats.

This class will be predominantly hands-on and is perfect for enthusiastic young individuals over 11 years of age who love to bake. The creations from the class will be available to take away after the event so you can enjoy them in all their glory! Payment in full is required to fully secure your position on each course.

Please note, a full refund once payment has been made will only be available if you wish to terminate your space on your selected course more than 60 days before the start date. 59-30 days before the course, we can offer a 50% refund, and 29 or less days before the course, we are unable to offer any refund due to insufficient time to fill the vacant position created by your absence. Any cancellation or requests for refunds when on a PAYMENT PLAN will result in any outstanding invoices cancelled - but any payments towards the class voided and no monies returned as to protect the integrity of the class and relationship between us and the chef in terms of requesting funds back.

In the extremely rare event of the course being cancelled by us, a FULL refund of the fee paid will be issued. We are unable to refund for accommodation/travel expenses as these plans are made by the participant themselves and the decision to travel to the course was that of their own.
